How to delete your SunSense UV tracker app user account

If you have created a user account in the SunSense app, you have two options for deleting this account and thereby all your personal data:

Option 1 for deleting your SunSense app user account

You can delete your account yourself via the SunSense app on your mobile phone.

• Login into the app using your email and password
• Select Menu, Settings and Delete account
• Press OK to confirm you want to delete your account.

If you no longer have the app installed on your phone when you want to delete your account, you can reinstall the app from Google Play or App Store to perform the account deletion.

Option 2 for deleting your SunSense app user account

Send an email to support@sunsense.no and instruct SunSense to delete your app account. SunSense will return an email to you, to get your confirmation that we can delete your account related to the email address you sent from. Upon your return confirmation, the app account will be deleted, and SunSense will subsequently confirm the deletion in an email to you.
